If you are a good employee and have a good boss, you’ll find the work is manageable and you’ll learn from a lot of industry professionals. I’ve always been paid well.
Cons
They always hire and keep useless employees around. There’s no 30-60-90 days reviews. The production team is always whining about something. Too much work or not enough work. They are never happy and also never take accountability.
