Low pay is a understatement!! Loaders work for basically no pay $12-$14 are subject to extremely long hours in the heat and rain, break room with no working air or a place to sit and looking for product we don’t have. Office staff is given minimal training, underpaid, and unappreciated. No recognition or as little as a “that a boy”for going above and beyond. Management changes procedures daily without informing all team members. Employee opinions seem to be dismissed as quickly as they are presented for jobs that they do everyday. Employees are asked to sacrifice their weekends, come in early and given others people’s duties with no training or explanation.Health insurance is less than par.
