      The only pro that I can give is: It's a job

      Cons

      Everything about this company is a con. Really bad management, Absolutely no growth opportunity, benefits are some of the worst I've ever seen, And an extremely hazardous place to work. Also, They fudge their OSHA papers when they are reported (I've personally seen it done) Management does not care about their workers AT ALL.

      Lots of work, Lots of hours and all the dirt and dust you could ever want

      Cons

      No matter what you do you are taking that dirt and dust home with you. Being told no raise because you only bag dirt or that the plant can be shutdown whenever they want to and move to a different area seeing that all of the equipment is built on trailer frames. Just disconnect install the trailer wheels hook up the tractor and drive away.
