Nice work/life balance depending on your department

This company does not pay anyone market value, there is not any growth, You will never get a good raise. Where ever you are when you come in is where you will stay. HQ does not deal with the employees who are not within HQ. The benefits are the worse that I've ever seen. The company does not pay any part of the meds, dental or anything else that is all on the employee. So if you make 50k and you need insurances and it is 10k you basically make 40k etc.

I loved every single aspect of my job. I made a good salary & they were understanding of my priorities as a signal mom. Well this was until new management.
