      Pros

      Nice people, exposure to all different facets of business, and tons of autonomy (which unfortunately decreased during my tenure, and was one of the reasons I left)

      Cons

      Low pay, rigid policies prioritized over critical thinking, groupthink, stagnancy, no real advancement opportunities, and very outdated methods that made it difficult for me to even interview for subsequent jobs (e.g. no CRM software use)

      Pros

      Quikrete is a stable, conservative company. I am surrounded by really good people and it is a pleasure to work here.

      Cons

      The organizational structure is a bit cumbersome to navigate. The benefits costs are not competitive with the market.
