Pros

QXO has introduced more sales incentives and permissions to inside sales representatives at a branch level. Not a substantial amount, but some. There is opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

I do find the bonus structure overly convoluted and that a profit share system would make more sense. Warehouse associates and drivers should also benefit from this. They are just as important as sales team members.
