      Strategic, evidence based, innovative company that is focused on moving research and outcomes forward in ADHD. Focused on clinic and patient utility and experience, with a team based approach is what makes Qbtech a fantastic company to work for. Leadership is supportive and finds an excellent balance of accountability, guidance and autonomy. Celebrating my 6 year anniversary and can't wait for the next 6!

      Working remote we don't get to see each other in person as often as a larger team but do meet virtually.

      Pros

      Good salary and fulfilling work. Perfect for those who have little interest in the social aspect.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, too hierarchical, knowledge silos, poor communications, no structure, no established way of working, no cohesion, constant stress and chaos, issues are often ignored, and the time-plans are often unrealistic.
