Pros

Work is laid back and easy to accomplish once you get the hang of it.

Cons

- No formal training. It's understandable at first due to the company's relatively young age, but it should have at least sent some of its highest performing engineers to professional PLC or robotics training as a form of investment into the company's future. - Barely any transparency in salary increases and bonuses. - Toxic culture. Some managers simply want the impossible or have no idea what is going on on the production floor. - Astonishing level of unprofessionalism displayed across all teams. This is the workplace, not a daycare center.
