Pros

Qcells is a rapidly expanding company that is making a positive impact on the environment with its solar cells.

Cons

One of the biggest problems was the cliquey atmosphere. If you didn't fit in with the social group, it was difficult to make friends and feel like you belonged. There seemed to be a clear divide between the in-group and the out-group, which was not good for morale. Another problem was with the Human Resources department. They lacked the skills and willingness to handle HR issues, and often turned a blind eye to inappropriate behavior by people in authority. It didn't feel like there was much support for employees when it came to HR concerns. The biggest issue was safety. The work environment was not safe, especially when working with LED. There were no safe lockout procedures for the machines, which could start up or move with someone inside. As a result, many people have been injured and lost fingers. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately.
