You get to experience toxic work place. 25 dollar Amazon gift card for working 1 year.

Cons

No bonus. No overtime pay, but you work overwork. No raise. Removed national holidays. HR is incompetent at doing their job.

Safe place to work in Qcells. Knowledge are well transfered between counterparts. Daily tracking on the issues . Good support from HQ.

Cons

Poor communication from management towards employees on updating on the company status. No technical development done on site. No personal development plan done.
