      Pros

      The technology and products are great. Unique and patented technology, Associative Index Engine, to the industry.

      Cons

      The Americas has become a political nightmare and is getting worse under the current president of Americas. Nepotism run rampant has destroyed the company culture in the Americas. To get ahead in Sales and Marketing it has very little to do with what you know and almost everything to do with who you know. Very sad as the culture was so strong prior. Comp plans are sub-par unless you are hired and managed by a friend.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits Most of the people you work with are good

      Cons

      Complete chaos since the Talend acquisition. Impossible arbitrary deadlines. Leadership whines about how expensive contractors are while doling out ever increasing amounts of work to meet impossible arbitrary deadlines. It used to be a great stable company but it’s sadly joined the ranks of those companies with the annual layoff/culling of the herd. Dangerous level of brain drain the last few years.

      Pros

      Mature corporate policies. Great technology with Analytics and Integration. Integration and data platform should only get better with Talend acquisition.

      Cons

      Company is at a junction point. Growing with acquisition. Multiple layoffs in last 12 months impacting some really talented people. Also, can't seem to get comp plans done in a fair way. Always changing for the bad to employees. Moral is low, communications seem to always be a month behind. Analytics business is somewhat commoditized. End to end data platform plan seems sound but not sure if they will be able to execute and I don't believe Capone is the guy to get it done. As I said in the title 50/50. It could be great, but it equally can be bad. I wish them well but not going to place a bet.
