Work life balance is great and your team will be generally comprised of good people. Fully remote work is supported.

Cons

Working remotely can also be a negative if you enjoy being in the office.

Cons

Can be a bit unstable with mergers like Talend but that's natural in every company. Hard to find one source of truth Career can be a bit stagnant, but they are improving that now
