      Pros

      There is flexibility to work from home quite a bit.

      Cons

      Always working with no real life balance. Way understaffed and not nearly enough resources. Comp in HQ is generally on the lowest end of the pay scale locally (similarly for core functions across the US). Young management. HR is detached from reality in some cases. Vacation is a joke in US. Europe is off the entire month of August, so get used to extra work.

      Incredible amount of office politics. Managers need to develop their direct reports...Way too much micro-managing.
