Relaxed attitude and decent work-life balance encouraged; good benefits. Finance encourages frugality but teams and offices get the funding they need

Cons

HR & IT struggling to keep pace with the growth of the company. Middle management overly focused on short-term thinking. Transition towards a bigger company resulting in arbitrary one-size-fits-all processes.

Communication of values Social events, time off for volunteering, annual company summit, potential for global travel. Company product strategy, market share and growth; positive regard from customers and industry experts.

Cons

Lack of career advancement, compensation, lack of mentor program. Management speaks about building and strengthening the culture and it seems sincere, but it is not visible. There is little to no emphasis on developing the internal talent the company has. Perhaps that will change as Qlik continues to mature.
