Pros

Qstream's commitment to customer success has enabled them to build a large customer base of marquis enterprise accounts. Customers around the globe love both the product and the services, and value their relationship with Qstream and its partners. Qstream's new CEO shares this dedication to customer success and is quickly making changes to improve the Qstream experience for both employees and customers. Although he has only been onboard for a few months, he is quickly getting things back on track after a rocky year. Qstream has a long history of success in the market. With their focus on building customer value, Qstream will continue to be a major player in the sales enablement space.

Cons

Qstream has lost a number of strong contributors who helped to build the company. However, there is opportunity for the next wave of leaders to step up and take Qstream to the next level.

Pros

Great coworkers! Interesting product that our customers enjoy using and that improves their sales knowledge. The focus on the platform is already making things easier for the services team which will benefit the customers. The employees at Qstream are smart, hard working people who want the company to thrive. Most of us truly care about each other and enjoy working together.

Cons

Start up environments are volatile by nature. When you’re trying something new, it’s not always going to be smooth sailing. Too much focus had/has been placed on analytics. I’m optimistic that our CEO is putting more emphasis on talking with Qstreamers and relying on their input versus a slideshow of numbers.

You are right - start up environments can be challenging and thanks for understanding that. Qstreamers are quite resourceful and resilient by nature as we continue to support customers and onboard new customers to be successful. Our CEO continues to seek input from and listen to Qstreamers, customers and the market....and really taking that feedback into making decisions to improve our product and service, and also celebrating our successes with all the great customer stories we hear.

A new CEO and a smart team!

Pros

The new CEO is not afraid to make bold market moves, and is engaged in a very positive and productive way. He’s retained all the very best talent, and is reversing the missteps of his predecessor who was pretty checked out. Gotta say, I’m incredibly bullish about the future and health of the company. They’re in a hot space, backed by Polaris and Frontline -- VCs with impeccable portfolios. If you have the privilege to join this company, you’ll get to work with some very smart and focused professionals. I loved every minute of my years there, made a ton of life-long friends and will always, ALWAYS be proud of what we built at Qstream. I heard there's some great new stuff in the works, and can't wait to see what comes next!

Cons

Like most companies during super-fast growth in a good economy, sometimes you sacrifice hiring standards for time, in other words, you hire too quickly and pick up a few too many odd characters along the way. They are less willing to do the heavy lifting, and just want to come along for “the ride.”

Looking back at reviews and wanted to respond as this is now one year on. The time is certainly ripe for the corporate learning industry where mobile microlearning is coming into its own as learning in the flow of work is a mandate. We are proud to have pioneered this category and have led with best practice for the last decade, and have a strong leadership team in place and Qstreamers with a positive, team-oriented and customer-focused spirit to keep us at the forefront of corporate learning and sales enablement market for the next decade - exciting times ahead!
