Pros

Some great people and a vision that drives the whole business

Cons

Can't break out of the linear growth model and is failing to push the accelerated growth button successfully.

We continue to be very focused on sales enablement and training and have expanded our addressable market to broader L&D and training enablement to reflect how our customers are using Qstream today and expanding usage in their organizations - healthcare training, field operations, compliance, process change, etc.

Mix of great people and mismanagement

Pros

Some basic free stuff like seltzer, snacks, weekly free lunch on Wednesday. People themselves are all great here, easily the best culture that I have been at.

Cons

Some serious growing pains to put it mildly, after one round of layoffs 2 months ago, there was another a few weeks ago. Product isn't strong enough to pull weak sales as Qstream realizes it may not have what it takes to successfully scale.

Fun while it lasted

Pros

Free lunch on Wednesdays, the people left are pretty friendly. Plenty of space in the office after the layoffs.

Cons

Morale is pretty low. Recent layoffs. No real opportunity to advance. They let some really good people go and did it in a really unprofessional manner. At this rate Qstream isn't going to be on the "Best Place to Work in Boston" list next year. Not sure where the company is going, but this rocketship isn't getting to the moon.
