Pros

The most satisfying part of the job is hearing how we are actually making a difference in people's lives. The company sells software that drives behavior change, whether that be for sales people to improve their game (ie. make more money), or doctors and nurses to improve patient care. Qstream has hundreds of brand name customers that are seeing real value everyday.

Cons

Growing up from a startup to an enterprise company is tough. Things change fast, and as the sales enablement market matures, competition is heating up. We are in a strong position, but need to stay focused and execute.

Thanks for your feedback. We too believe we have a good product and market opportunity, and most of all, our customers believe we do too. We appreciate your comments to help us improve - management take this very seriously and have taken the opportunity to reassess Qstream's market "fit" and addressable universe to ensure there is ground planning, targeting, and product fit to maximize the take up and continued usage of Qstream.

Pros

Qstream has an impressive, global customer base across life sciences, medical devices, financial services, technology, and healthcare, including an excellent client services team. What Qstream did well to get to the top of their market, they still have - an innovative app, a strong client services support team and hard working people. Qstream has much to offer, their deep and broad partner ecosystem is proof to that. I can attest to the fact that many sales enablement vendors see Qstream as a viable candidate for partnerships. I truly enjoyed my time at Qstream. There was a strong sense of collaboration and respect throughout the entire company. I believe that culture still exists. Sure, there are exceptions, but for the most part, Qstreamers are quality people.

Cons

If you do not have startup experience, tread carefully, the ups and downs of Qstream and their market is not the place for you - volatility is what many startups go through, Qstream included. However, all of the changes in the past nine months will present opportunities to those willing to look beyond the turbulence and work hard. The foundation is solid and ready to rebuild.

Thanks for your comments and also wise words of advice. We think this is exactly what we have been doing. We have been out talking to customers, the market and all employees across all functions to build on our strengths, address gaps and get a realistic, achievable (yet challenging) plan in place....one that is truly cross-functional between product, development, sales and marketing. we are already seeing the rewards in customer expansions and new logos and are excited about the opportunity ahead. Every hear is working really hard and we see passion, resourcefulness and drive from some very talented Qstreamers to make it all happen.
