Pros

The pay. I was paid a generous amount for being an SDR. Until things got worse

Cons

Too many to share. -start up so lots of lay-offs, always uncertainty. small company so you never really know how well the business is doing -no career growth opportunity- years of successful bdr work, and spent time trying to work my way into a customer success/client services role, any promotion presented is a scam. -small niche business, will never exceed expectations -continuing layoffs, you would be joining a company with uncertainty, that can no longer hit quota -impossible on the sales team to hit quota in this 2024-continuing environment -not an outstanding product. an LMS is still a better investment. -new hire ups have no clue how to run the company
