Supervisors and managers play favorites and give promotions to those that they hang out with on the weekends or go to the bar with Friday nights. SOPs are rarely followed and changed on a whim. Those who follow SOPs are chastised. Technicians are barely trained and expected to know how to do things their first day on the production floor. The dress code rules are different depending on the individual. Supervisors can wear necklaces/jewelry/smart watches but regular ol Joe gets in trouble for doing the same thing. Visitors and administrative staff also play by different rules (bare legs and open toe shoes on the production floor) Different shift even have different rules. 1st shift always with jewelry, 2nd Shift having their phones out, 3rd shift wearing earbuds and it all seems to go unnoticed by their superiors. QAs get yelled at for actually doing their jobs and pulling rejects. They take people from one job that they're needed in and make them cross train in ILP and take them away from their actual job cause ILP "doesn't have enough people" You get points for calling out, even things beyond your control.

OT was expected, hard to get time off, management didn't care about work-life balance
