Important role making sure that the company was turning out the highest quality products. Enjoyed the feeling of gratification I received from it.

The ability to move up in the company is very likely. The hours are great and overtime is always offered.

Cons

The morale of Quva is not great. But I find that attitude is everything. I try to be positive and in turn it creates positivity.
