- Surrounded by passionate team members. - Accomplishments are acknowledged and recognized. - Managers are always willing to give advice and will take time out of their day to help. -New ideas are always heard and taken into consideration.

-Work can become overwhelming. You’re expected to speak up and advocate for yourself when this happens.

Pros

A lot of the pros are very vanilla-sounding things, but once you’ve worked for a couple companies you start to see it’s the small things that make a huge difference. Things like the work environment, having support from management and feeling comfortable going and talking to them, liking the people you work with, and being treated fairly and with respect. QuVa does the little things right, which is a big thing when it comes to where you spend 40 hours of your life each week.
