Pros

Decent pay, benefits are ok, some of the executive leadership are great. The company does seem to be going in the right direction in regards to what they're producing and bringing in money.

Cons

Zero career advancement. The management that is not good are awful. They treat employees terribly, talk down to them, and act like all of them are replaceable. No raises, no 401k matching. They say they want you to take time off but then don't approve you for the time. You get PTO but then they make you feel guilty for taking it. Lack of communication, and HR responsiveness. Again, cannot stress enough, the management that is not good is utterly awful.

Pros

Industry leader with rapid growth. Definitely at the forefront of compounding pharmaceuticals and no signs of slowing down, with new customers coming in every week.

Cons

Cramped quarters and 6 day work week. There are too many people in a small building and fights are frequent among employees. As is stealing from lockers which management says is your fault for bringing valuables onsite. They hire for quantity to get product pushed out, not quality, like morals and manners. Also, no 401K matching, and no plan to implement anytime soon.

Pros

Overtime hours. Needed 5 words minimum for Glassdoor so this is filler.

Cons

Terrible benefits. No 401k match (owner states that matches are "regressive" benefits). Non-existent HR department. 6 day weeks with no regard to personal or family matters of their employees. Laughable bold-faced lies during quarterly meetings. No raises. Shady business practices. Intellectual property theft lawsuits. No advancement. Nepotism in leadership. It goes on and on. Quantity over quality, don't let their testimonials fool you. This company is only being developed to be sold to the highest bidder.
