uncomfortable work environment due to racism

Pros
this is a massive company there are locations all over the USA involved with printing magazines and catalogues. they have an employee clinic onsite and an employee gym onsite. there is a cafetaria and food service.
Cons
some employees do not speak english and the majority of workers here are extremely rude. you will notice that almost 99% of management are caucasian inspite of the fact that the workers on the floor are about half minorities. the cafetaria lady seemed prejudiced and made me uncomfortable buying food there so for the last few months here i stopped buying food from the cafetaria and food service.
