Pros
Quad has some great people who care about each other. On the local level, leadership strives for positive culture, teamwork, inclusion, work-life balance, recognition, and fun in the workplace.
Cons
Mobility and growth can be challenging unless you stick around longterm. Most of the peripheral perks provided by the organization took a huge dive when Ivie merged into Quad. As Quad, it's less personal and more corporate. Benefits package is not competitive.
