Pros

Most of the people are friendly, but like anywhere you'll have a few who are just rude. Everyone is wearing the company color of Navy blue. This gets rid of a lot of the visual separation between office workers and floor workers and gives a more united feeling.

Cons

Many problems take longer to be addressed than they should be.

Pros

Benefits are good. Willing to move you around if you don’t get along with someone on your machine. Sounds like more training than most places.

Cons

The pay really comes from overtime so don’t expect to have much time with family. It’s extreamly hard to get into an operator position, they lead you to believe 2 months is typical, but no one has time to train you in it all by then.

Pros

None. It is that bad of a place. I would rather work at McDonald’s. Thankfully I was offered a better job somewhere else and I won’t ever have to step foot in that hell hole again.

Cons

Work life balance, lack of safety, low pay. The amount of work you are expected to do is not worth what they pay you.
