Pros
Leadership in the creative department was always open and honest about our situations. Sharing what they needed in order to present and preserve jobs. Several great designers, AD, CDs and VPs in that department.
Cons
Clients could be difficult, client services had a high churn rate and made it hard to establish relationships with reps. And often found it less that client services work for quad as an intermediary and more as a mouthpiece for clients. Needed better understanding and respect for creative department's time.
