Pros

Fast money, weekly check and days off

Cons

Is not a good place to work They request so much for roll tender and they don’t pay them well Management is not the best 12 sucks We don’t get pay enough for the responsabilities as a roll tender If u have family and like to be with them don’t ever apply for quad because ur going to spend 3 or 4 days without seeing them trust me Imagine yourself for 3 or 4 days doing the same thing Work, eat and sleep that’s how quad is going to be if u work over there

Pros

Good systems (all EE's have e-mail), well defined responsibilities for each position. OOP costs for benefits were lower than previous ownership.

Cons

Compensation in lower 25th percentile vs. other "big" printers. Companies "acquired" beware, QG has little or no intent of sustaining operations at any locations that are not legacy Quad Mega-Plants. QG acquired Brown Printing Company in 2014 and in less than 4 months shut down a vibrant plant in Woodstock, IL. By the end of 2017, the remaining two BPC plants in PA and MN were shuttered. Transfer positions offered (at all levels) were at significant reductions in rate/salary.
