Overtime when you want it

Cons

You have to be in "the cool crowd" to be treated like a person. The rules don't apply to them. Cell phones are in abundance and they're all on 'em. They don't do much for the bad attitudes. Pressmen throwing stuff, risking their crew. Pay doesn't come with promotion. Lack of proper breaks for certain positions, against employment laws. Lack of teamwork.

Was given as much overtime as needed. very friendly work environment. Very safe work procedures.very tidy work stations.

Cons

Not enough break time allowed for a single 12 shift. Only allowed one 20 minute break for a 12 hour shift.

Quad Graphics has great benefits, as well as excellent starting pay. The training they provide is very helpful.

Cons

I can't think of any cons of working for quad graphics. It just wasn't the right job for me.
