None that I can think of. Lots of favoritism. Like they say, it's not what you know, it's who you.........................
Cons
Management are more stupid than a pile of bricks. New management put in charge of a department that they nothing about. Then they want to change everything, and those things start going wrong, then they put the blame on those people in that department. When someone knows their job very well, listen to them. Don't act like a know it all. It will be a lot easier on you. Was looking forward to working for this company, boy was I disappointed. Maybe quad corporate needs to make a visit and talk to the employees only and find out the truth about this plant.
