      Pros

      You get paid weekly. Healthcare benefits are great. My manager is super nice and helpful. I work on an awesome team.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs...not enough Indians. Company is going through a huge re-org and nothing is certain. The company doesn't seem to have a direction. They cut their 401K match and continued education funding. They keep trimming perks of working for the company and they are losing a TON of talented employees. They are not hiring to make up for the lose of bodies and thus are burning out current employees.

      there aren't any pros sorry

      they work black people like slaves while most of the white people sit on there butt all day. pay is terrible and when you work through a temp service they work you like a dog only to let you go when the order they hired you for is over with. some of the people have horrible attitudes.. the work is damaging to your feet.. they have people there with degrees working like slaves when they could be decent enough to give them a proper job (mostly blacks) its takes 10yrs to move up in the place
