      -job mobility -friendly people -2.00 uniforms -interesting stuff sometimes printed

      -Papercuts -long hours -loud machinery -some operators have anger management issues -constantly cutting back on benefits

      Pros

      Training, experienced employees, dont think i can even find the twenty words required to fill this category, i'm not saying it was a bad place to work but.......

      Cons

      work life balance, did not rotate day and night shifts, night shifts received no shift differential, worked nights all 27 years not even a thank you, to be fair most of those years we were under the Vertis banner. Plant never spent any time on night shifts , had no idea what was going on only knew what he was told i mean maybe he came on the floor during night shift 6 or 7 times in all my years there.

      Pros

      Quad graphics Came in and bought out Vertis Inc. They made changes in personal and put money into the plant, and into equipment.

      Cons

      They started off great, new press, computer systems, and equipment. New customers, Training, and lots of overtime. Made lots of promises, said the future was bright here in Lenexa. Turns out they were not honest at all.
