      Pros

      Pay was decent. Met a few good people.

      Cons

      They have shorted me on my overtime hours even though they were the ones who scheduled me for coverage. Most of the operators will treat you very poorly. The operators are very entitled and basically expect you to run the machine while they wander off to another machine to chit chat with a fellow operator who also is doing nothing. They wonder why the turnover rate is so high and the managers cant figure it out. I'm so much happier now that I no longer have to go to that miserable plant again.

      Pros

      Looked like a great opportunity. Company was on the right track and I wanted to be part of the forward progress. Could have been very fast paced in its acceleration.

      Cons

      Everyone was a know it all and wanted to get to a new place by continuing to use the same old tactics. I would not even recommend this as a start up position, they will confuse you more than help you.

      Great people who are really like family, would make it a great work day

      Cons

      There is abuse of power, especially if you are a temp. Women are expected to call the supervisor for a date or never get a call back. Overtime is worked but not entered.
