      Pros

      Coworkers are okay, as long as you stay on their good side. Okay benefits.

      Cons

      Not a good place to work if you're an introvert. You'll be treated like an outcast if you like to work independently. Environment can be gossipy, and management doesn't believe in confidentiality (unless they like you, then they'll protect you). Lots of lip service from management. When I started here, I thought it was great that management maintained an 'open door' policy and that employees were encouraged to be honest about ideas, needs and wants. I've since figured out that while management encourages honesty, they really don't care what an employee has to say unless it benefits management in some way. Also, management is always right, no matter what.

      Pros

      You work alongside other over worked employees. Sharing your dislike for the work conditions and also the company in general. If you are a hard worker you will be acknowledged and placed on a faster paced printing press with less help.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. You are supposed to get two 15 minute breaks but you'll be lucky to get one. Work atmosphere is very poor.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with everyone with the exception of a few.

      Cons

      First off those stupid uniforms are ridiculous! Have to call a day ahead to see if you have to work the next day. Can't plan a life unless you take a vacation. Good ole boy, circle of friends culture. If your friends with the manager you're well taken care of, if you're not well you get the picture and I have plenty of examples of that! Management has no consideration for the people that have put in a lot of years and have families to take care of. Only care that you take care of the company. They want you to step up to the next position but without the pay (take the risk without the reward). To much favoritism.
