Pros

The value wheel is a beautiful thing

Cons

If the cultures and values were actually instilled and carried out by management, this would be a great place to work, but unfortunately they only look good on paper.

Pros

Weekly pay. Great fast pace for those who like to stay busy

Cons

Long hot hours. No sitting, short 20 min breaks and you only get 2 of them and you can't go outside

Pros

Lots of training, safety is a priority the work environment is better than most printing industrial sites. Decent parts and informational support. Much better than most. 12 hour shifts rotate days to nights every four months, front half of the week to the back every 8 weeks. So you get either a seven on or seven off every 8 weeks. Vacation is additional time off.

Cons

Pay is not where it should be which is draining talented workers from the company. Quad Graphics has always been known as Quad University where you go to learn the trade and then go work somewhere else that pays a living wage. Sadly it's true.
