      Pros

      A big company with a soul?

      Cons

      Shut down our plant. They do not think out side the box as they acknowledge in new hire orientation. Everything fell on deaf ears since they took us over. Borderline rude behavior. Middle management on up attained there positions without having the skills. For the future of this company to work, they have to rethink there business model. I am not an ex disgruntled worker, just not clear on what there sustainability is.

      Pros

      Modern communications and corporate training/scheduling. Most of this is done online through e-mail and through the company website. Facilities are clean and organized with an increased focus on maintenance over previous corporate owners.

      Cons

      While some of the training mentioned above is available online, the rest requires to come back into work on days off for brief(1 hour to 4 hour) training. Some paid and some not paid. Local Management occasionally ignores state labor laws with the refrain("we'll fire anyone that sues us."

      Pros

      You work alongside other over worked employees. Sharing your dislike for the work conditions and also the company in general. If you are a hard worker you will be acknowledged and placed on a faster paced printing press with less help.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. You are supposed to get two 15 minute breaks but you'll be lucky to get one. Work atmosphere is very poor.
