Pros

Cant think of any, just very blessed to be out of quad qraphics for good, I wish I would have left years ago......

Cons

No respect for anyone by management unless you have something they want, mandatory 12 hour day of overtime every week no exceptions unless you have something managers want, company is managed by felons and alcoholics who are sometimes working out of work release jail, many employees are illeagal immigrants that dont speak english, many others are there on prison work release just to get time away from prison which turns into no effort on their part so all the regular people have to pick up thier slack in a team enviromment, horrible pay for what you do and if you miss 1 day in the year you wont get your 25 cent annual raise, you are allowed 2 twenty minute breaks in a twelve hour shift

Pros

Good managers and great co-workers. Decent opportunity to advance. They mainly hire software developers right out of college and this is an excellent place to work for a few years and get experience - very friendly and helpful co-workers, and they use all the latest Microsoft technology. Also they carefully pick IT leads and managers with good social and people skills, so expect a decent boss.

Cons

This was a great place to work a few years ago. Then they went public and bought first one major competitor, then another. They are pushing way too hard and way to fast to get the corporate software platform integrated in to all the new plants. The IT staff is over stressed and over worked. Also, pay raises have basically evaporated, particularly if you are experienced and make more than the entry level software developer. Environment is more stressful and there is more work expected of you every day. Also, you have to take your turn in a rotation (on your team) to do 24 - 7 support for a week. How many calls is highly dependent on your team, but in general it is going up. The closer the software your team works on is to the machinery, the more calls you will get. Company benefits use to be the best, but are drying up fast.
