Pros

The employees at Quad/Graphics wre mostly like family. If some ones house burned down every one would try to help emotionaly and financially by haveing fundraisers bake sales and the like. which made it feel more like family enviroment.

Cons

management was slow to react to the good advice of the employees. it was very hot in the summer. massive amounts of over time. the fact that the csr's would not fix problems with the job ticket when informed of an error in a timely mannor with the need to remind them.

Cons

Challeging to be in an industry that is changing with the information age. A lot of focus placed on tried and true ideas of the few and not much focus on fresh ideas of many.
