Hmm, where to start? Maybe not bad for the folks who work in the offices, but for the press crews, maint., and materials? 12 hour shifts, work every other Sat., Sun., and Mon. Work the weekend for straight time. How's that? Seriously understaffed. Forced overtime. All their corporate slogans mean squat. They talk about retaining employees. Why? When they can pay a new employee 4 or 5 dollars less an hour than guys that have been there for 15 or 20 years. No raises. Unless you're making less than their "top rate." The medical deductible of 750 is more than the lump sum that the higher paid guys get. That's a joke. Maybe they ought to offer all employees the medical plan that the Hazleton plant has. Look it up, if you are a current employee. They screwed over their workforce, and their salesmen, they screwed over their shift supervisors, and those supervisors were mostly from Vertis, and as horrible as they treated people then, they're worse now. They don't listen to employees suggestions, because that would mean that their ideas are wrong, and they won't EVER admit that. Even when it costs them money. Run, don't walk, to the nearest exit, if you have any other options.
