Like every other private company, it's all about the bottom line. Communication is poor between management and employees. Employees are taken for granted.

A Weekly paycheck 401K Tuition reimbursement, it not the greatest but its something (it might get cut)

You get heavily scrutinize about every personal aspect of your life and then teased about it from your supervisor Managers openly belittle other employees, past or present There is no career growth at non-press sites

A lot of favoritism or should I say nepotism because some of those "friends" are more like family related. How a big name as this company's can permit management to make decisions to lay people off based on their friends' false "information"and not by their performance?
