Your feedback provides us with excellent feedback on what we do well - benefits, work life balance and management support and also highlights some areas where we can do better. We have taken great strides over the past few months to ensure that all our employees are well-supported and are valued within the organization. Most recently starting a Smart Team campaign which balances working in an agile environment with a heavy emphasis on selfcare and empathy. Thank you again for providing us with your feedback!
