Great Company and great Benefits

Pros

Customer Service team is 100% working remote with no plans to return to the office. All agents have the lap tops and tools to do the job. Management communicates regularly and the team is staying connected via MS Teams. Management cares about the employees

None at this point, everything is very positive.
