Pros

There is a base salary and commission, although it is lower than others in the SDR job market The team and manager you work with are friendly and helpful The office in Here East Stratford is pretty nice Remote working within the U.K. is offered too I believe Quadient gave me the experience as an SDR, so it is a good company to go with for your first SDR role

Cons

The salary is lower than other entry level SDR roles, specially in London Commission is capped They hire externally for higher ranked roles rather than work on and train organically Marketing is disastrous which means SDRs are affected in terms of their work and commission. They also look down on SDRs but expect them to do all their work perfectly - no team work at all The only resource and tool given to SDRs is Salesforce and LinkedIn Learning - they are not willing to pay for other resources that will greatly help the SDRs Not much opportunity for progression The “team” mentioned in my pros have all left due to the above points

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very proud of the Here East location; great location, very friendly staff. In terms of your concern regarding compensation, we often do market survey analysis to ensure we offer competitive compensation package. This enables us to attract and retain our great employees and, in turn, they provide us with great referral of candidates for open positions. In addition, we are looking to expand our our current training tools with the launch of a global learning platform later this year. It is unfortunate that you did not have the same type of experience, but we do wish you luck in your future endeavours.
