I've been with Quadient for 13 years and have had my manage the entire time. Quadient leadership always have given access to me both in my selling district and corporate headquarters which I find very valuable. Leadership actually listens to what I have to say which I find rare having been in corporate sales for 40 years.

Cons

Personally I don't have anything to complain about, the company is still evolving and continuing to align with the business needs of our customers. The nice thing is we all march to the same drum so the working environment is consistent.
