Pros

Only pro is that it is remote

Cons

This is for the customer service call center. I had a really poor experience where management will verbally degrade you. Shocked as how these people are in management. They also have a very strict day off/call out policy they do not mention before you get hired. Training was bad, our trainer went over everything extremely fast where I questioned if she was even concerned if new hires were retaining the information or if she just wanted to barrel through it all. Overall management and older employees here are very immature and the work work environment felt very unhealthy.

Pros

- Hard-Working coworkers - Sales Enablement Team provides helpful support

Cons

- Toxic Leadership at the District Leadership Level - Extreme Micro-Management - Regardless of previous performance, they have a "what have you done for me lately" attitude often resulting in the loss of some really talented sellers and Sales Leaders - Dying Industry (and their "tech" isn't that great) - High turnover

Pros

Fairly easy sales role with the ability to have a flexible schedule (not that your manager will "allow" it but you basically build your own calendar with minimal internal meetings)

Cons

Not a family-friendly work environment. Very male dominated work force. It could use a revamping of expectations for a sales role meaning they want you to work as an hourly employee even though you are salaried. Fairly low compensation structure for comparable jobs.
