Cons

Where do I start? Service managers act like Lords protecting their fiefdoms. Most were grandfathered in after Quadient's massive purchase of dealerships. Zero chance for advancement unless you're related to a manager.

KPI's are a critical tool we use to measure performance of our teams. Specifically, we use them to identify areas in which we can improve. It ensures we maintain our World Class customer service goals. Regarding the Field Service Career Path: we've just completed an exercise that considers the whole career trajectory of a Field Services Technician, outlining the process for promotion and skill sets required for promotion.
