Great people, synergy, environment and collaboration. Definitely, it is a company that really gives a chance to learn and growth professionally speaking.

Cons

Compensation, process, integration worldwide. The company appreciates the previous work experience/values that the candidate can bring to the table, however, when boils down to compensation the appreciation is not the same.
