      Good relationships with colleagues Nice canteen Had to put a 20 word minimum and couldn't think of anything else ...

      Cons

      Constantly having the carrot dangled in front of your face and never reaching it Commission cuts for not reaching call targets Value quantity over quality of work Micromanaged down to the ground No recognition Same people win incentives all the time Wage decreases drastically! Have about 10 different KPI's pay plans need to be simplified I was at Neopost for 3 and a half years and handed in my notice and was told to leave there and then. No value for employees

      Pros

      Relatively unknown global B2B filled with energized, customer- service oriented people. Many fun activities and great corporate culture. Lots of change creates many new opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      You have to be accountable for creating your own career path- but the opportunities are there if you are motivated.
