Pros

I've been in various sales positions at Neopost for 6 years, and I've enjoyed my experience tremendously. I spent over 20 years in the copier industry, which was an excellent foundation for me to transition into this industry. If you have a great work ethic coupled with some God-given ability and sales skills, then you can make a very good living at Neopost. They offer a competitive benefits package with typically 12 paid holidays per year. The compensation plan is very fair, and you don't have to wonder each year how much of a pay cut you're getting as the comp plan changes are minimal. If you exceed your plan and qualify for quarterly, semi-annual and annual bonuses, then you will be very pleased with your income, and will likely be invited to attend the Presidents Conference trip.

Cons

We are not as large or well known as our primary competitor, so lack of name recognition with a smaller customer base can sometimes be a challenge.

Pros

Income potential is $100k / yr. once industry knowledge is gained. Company training excellent. Sales goals very attainable - additional bonus and trips when exceeded.

Cons

Low base salary. Learning curve of 6 months to 1 year before getting fully up to speed with consistent sales.

Pros

Very rarely have I ever written a review for anything unless it was to complain, I'm sure most people are that way. I’ve had several jobs before, but Neopost has made me form a sense of loyalty. Working at a place where you are genuinely asked for your opinion on the job you do every day is far rarer than it seems, THEN actually getting recognition for your good ideas and or duties you’re performing. It’s a very good feeling, and makes you feel valuable. Many companies, just sprinkle that here and there to pacify you, But Neopost shows consistency in their appreciation of you. The culture is also a very big reason why I enjoy being here. There are many different ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, LGBT and Leading women in workplace. I appreciate the effort and acceptance of the differences as we as the celebration of them. Not to mention, the bond you make with some hilarious people!! Lol

Cons

The Cons, as with any companies process, there is always a better, faster more streamlined way to do things. The struggle is just how to get there, and getting that message to the open ears.
