Pros

- Clean office - Decent kitchen, stocked with drinks and waffles - Benefits are alright, not great but not terrible - If you are in an entry level position it is a good place to learn and gain experience - They will pay for parking or bus pass - Starting 3 weeks vacation time - Some friendly, smart individuals there

Cons

- Part time HR is hamstrung due to changes taking place within the company. - Large changes are taking place which leaves many people feeling uncertain of their future. - If you are above Mid-level in your field you will not be challenged. - Large changes leave MGMT and HR unsure of what they will need for future staff, coupled with not knowing what they want creates ambiguity and friction. - My direct experience was a strange competitive atmosphere between co-workers and lack of fundamental communication skills. Overall it is a mediocre company in a declining market. The product is nothing spectacular. If you just need a job its a decent place. If you want experience it's an OK place to learn depending on what department you are in. But don't expect anything great. No one seems happy there.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your negative experience during your previous employment at Quadient. The US operations have indeed been through a lot of changes this year with the integration of CCM and Postal, these things are never easy. We are settling down now. With the new HR team, I am focusing on People’s engagement and I will work with the local HR and the management to address these points.

Work atmosphere

Pros

Nice people and atmosphere. Free fruits every day. Xbox, darts and table football is in the relax room Some teams have really family like connection between Team leader and team members.

Cons

Really depends on which team you work in. Sometimes it seems that managers as people think absolute opposite of what their manager roles do. It is hard to understand then what is the real situation and what are just the "manager talks". Some kind of family connection lacks in many teams between Management/team leaders and team members, so you can't be sure, that team leader will protect you from higher management when something happens. He can just throw everything on you and get rid of his part in the whole situation so he shouldn't be punished from the higher management.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, your feedback is really important to us. I am pleased that you’re enjoying working at Quadient for more than a year already. Nevertheless, it is a pity that you feel that way about our management style. I encourage you to come discussing this with me directly and share your thoughts. Donna
