Good benefits, pays well, good team of salespeople to work with and Corporate office personnel are very nice to work with.

Cons

High turn over with management and sales, play favorites amongst sales team, lack of job security, pay is okay as long as you attain your yearly quota base pay is increase or decreases according to what you sell.

GMC is he perfect place if you want to earn experience and get expose to enterprise level technologies and design. You work with Enterprise clients on projects and get experience. They put you into training on their GMC software on day 1, and once you are good to go, you start flying all over America to work with client projects.

Cons

Extremely limited space and opportunities for internal progression. You start as a fresh grad pay, and 5 years later you are still getting fresh grad pay. Management will make up reasons to slash you whenever you ask for reasonable raise. And the best of all, The software that GMC is selling, does not work all the time, so you are playing your luck everytime you get in front of the customer to do demonstrations.
